Mission Pharmacal Acquires Eletone Cream from Ferndale Healthcare, Inc.

San Antonio, TX (Feb 2, 2012) – Mission Pharmacal Company recently acquired the prescription barrier cream Eletone® Cream, from Ferndale Healthcare, Inc. of Ferndale, Michigan. Eletone Cream is a non-steroidal, barrier cream approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the long term treatment of atopic dermatitis, an inflammatory, chronically relapsing, non-contagious and pruritic or itchy skin disorder.

Mission Pharmacal Launches Alamo Pharma Services

San Antonio, TX (Jan 26, 2012) – Mission Pharmacal Company announces the recent formation of Alamo Pharma Services.  This new business unit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mission, will provide pharmaceutical sales teams with operational and human resources (HR) support.  Alamo will be headquartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, expanding Mission’s Northeastern United States presence which also includes the company’s Commercial Group operations and BioComp Pharma, Mission’s lifecycle management and generics company.
